Absolutely sounds fine, people don't normally race trucks (there's not really a truck class) but Steve Lawson one of the club officials raced a truck a couple of weeks ago, so yes!
Not sure if he's been round a track before but the slower the better
My friend used my car last week, he did race when he was a kid but hasn't raced for nearly 20 years I think and the motor in my car was a little much for him I think.
But yes- please come down. If you need any help then just ask someone, I'll be the one pitting out of my smart car if you need anything. I also only have 1 lipo battery, as long as you have a way to charge up between rounds it's OK.
