Default HELP!! Ftx blaze

Does anyone have or know someone who has any pillow balls for a blaze? The part number is ftx4183, also are the any alternatives I could use from another model?

Thanks for the link, I need to buy 2 full sets so although I'd like the titanium ones it would cost more than I paid for the car!
