The stock pistons are already 6 hole, so to get less than 6 holes, you have to glue or melt holes shut. The stock pistons are plastic and molded, so the fit and smoothness in the shock isn't as good as Nick's machined delrin pistons. Smoother shocks work better. Also, Nick's are tapered on the bottom which should, theoretically, give a faster rebound action.

He is still making them, and you CAN request blanks. He's working on shipping my order of 24 pairs of blank pistons, with 6 dimples to show where to drill the holes. I'm going to keep about half the order for myself, and sell off the rest to local racers who also run Durango cars here in the States.

Would certainly want to give them a go.
How much do they cost? Shipped by 4?
If so, i would like 2sets of blancs, if possible please.

Edit: read the first post and found the info there, i guess

Hope you have better luck getting your order from Nick that I have had. Sent the money 17/8/12, and nothing has arrived yet! Nick doesn't respond to my PMs or emails asking for an update either. I've filed a dispute with paypal, but doubt that will work to get my money back either. If anyone here races at the same track as Nick, please kick him in the balls for me.

Heard from Nick finally. He was stuck out of town without internet access. Not sure what happened to the pistons he sent the first time. Hopefully we'll have this all resolved soon!

Anyone know if this guy is still trading?

No answer to his P.M.'s and his website seems closed.

Anyone got an alternative contact source?

Cheers

Are you still making these?
