Default RcLazy.com

here do i start on this company i have ordered from them before and had no problems but this time round i can very much say i am well pi$$ed of with RcLazy.com

I placed my order with them on JANUARY 3RD the money has been taken from my paypal account on the same day

After numerous emails and sent messages via facebook and trying to contact them via 2 telephone numbers i am still awaiting for a reply from Simon Crabb on where my goods are that they have taken the money for

It takes all of a few minutes to reply back to some 1 to let the customer know of what is going on and happening and i find it damn right rude that they cannot be arsed to get back to you regarding this matter.

My feelings are at the moment is DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH RcLazy.com at the moment as to me there is something not right going on to have people take your hard earnt cash and no bloody goods

So if anyone reads this that knows Simon Crabb please let him know he has a few unhappy customers if he would have contacted me there would have been no reason to post any of this but i just feel that other people should know about this

If you've sent money via paypal, why not open a dispute to claim back your money?

Yep, many apologies to people waiting on Goo orders, we've had an issue with supplier delays we've been working hard to rectify.

Rest assured the supplier has finally confirmed the stuff we need is with a courier, so we should have what we need any day now.

Apologies if we've missed your messages - rcLazy isn't our "day jobs", and sometimes things slip through the net.

It'll be back to business as usual soon.
