Default Hobby wing xr10 pro v4 esc how to calm the beast

Hi folks as above I have not long got a hobby wing xr10pro v4 with programmer
I have set it on modified and turned boost down and turbo both to 0 and on my motor I have set it to 0 timing . As soon as I am going around corners and slowly put the throttle on it seams to kick in boost so I'm then fighting with it

Could be the way you have set it up initially or how you have your transmitter setup.

Hi thanks for the reply . Not that I could tell I have every thing set as neutral . I run 2 other cars from remote and work fine I used to have a reedy black box in it and worked fine 😩 I'm sure it's an easy fix but it's so aggressive on minimal throttle

It's just like your slowing for a corner and just as u start to give I little gas it runs away like a boost has kicked in. I understand it's not easy without seeing it nor transmitter

I would guess with out seeing your settings the throttle control is set too high try reducing the number as a higher number gives more punch.
Also look at the PWM Drive frequency a lower number will make the car more punchier.
Check you have no throttle expo and your end point's on the transmitter are set to 100%
