Default HW v3 clones out there?

This is probably a touchy subject.
But are there any Hobbywing v3(.1) clone ESCs out there that can take the HW firmware and such?

It's been a while since I fired it up so can't remember if it's V2.1 or V3.1, but the Hobbyking XCAR range will all accept HW firmware.

Out the box they only have boost, flashed with HW they have boost and turbo.

They're 2.1
Probably more than enough for me
But I have one HW 3.1, and want wanted a couple more ESCs for my other more casually competitive cars.
And I like the aluminum cases, for reasons I'm too embarrassed to mention

I've only seen HW V2 clones, the Xcar and the blue Chinese copies. They both take HW firmware though and the Xcar seem a much more robust reliable esc than the blue copies.
