Default Best fast torque servo on a budget

Is there anything that is equivalent to the turngy 120 in the speedo department ? Or is it more a case of you get what you pay for in the servodepartment? Also can someone recommend a smooth budget motor. Many thanks in advance

Thanks, I did actually think about that straight after I posted. What about motors? What's the track star stuff like? I'm after something which is really smooth at the low end, like the reedy motors but without the reedy prices

My lads have them in their cars but only 17.5 ones I have a 8.5 in my Vintage. Excellent for the little use they've had, pointless spending £90 On a motor if you aren't doing brca regionals with them and just club Racing id say for for it.

Also, there are plenty people on here with more money than sense that sell low usage stuff for half the price of new. I got a motor for £15 admittedly not in the best condition but I've done a load of meetings with it

ive been running the trackstar motors for ages without any issues, run a 7.5 v2 in my 2wd which is used most weeks with 20degree timing and its not missed a beat so far.

wouldnt bother with servos though as you can pick up savoxs locally for only a few quid more

GoTec servos - awesome in every respect. Never had one fail.
Get them from HobbyKing - they also do low profile versions.

Stay away from the Turnigy Servo's - I've bought 2 (the expensive ones) and had both fail...
