You've always got to expect a bit of come and go with a brand new kit. I don't think there was ever a date for the release. End of October they said. If it's a week late then so be it.

Yokomo Europe website stated end of October until a few days ago. I've got a borrowed XB4 on standby.

From a quick scan i can see that front hubs are 12mm, unlike the current B44 ones.
Now where do we find wheels...

Kyosho, if Yokomo wheels are not available I guess. In case HB Cyclone D4 wheels are still available, that's another option; I used to run them on my ZX-5 SP and they were great.

Default Diffs

Does anyone know whether the kit comes with ball or gear diffs?

For the UK people: CML has the car in stock, as just seen on their Facebook account.

Shouldn't take long before stores are having them

The B-Max 4 III uses 12mm hexes throughout compared to the 10mm/12mm setup the B44.2 adopted. Can't confirm if rear wheels will be interchangeable, but can't see why not from a quick look.

I was pretty sure all the latest B4.2/B44.2 wheels are all 12mm hex fitment?

Unless the hexes are an upgrade?

There should be many options, including the old small front hex version; at least the old hexes are still on the parts list.

B4.2 has 12mm hex all round yes. B44.2 gained 12mm hex on the rear, but kept the 10mm original hex on the front.

You can fit the B4.2's 12mm front hexes easily enough, but the offset on the B4.2 wheels is different to the B44's front wheels.
