Thumbs up SHOW US YOUR VINTAGE COLLECTION; NO PICTURES, NO BRAGGING RIGHTS!!!

I noticed that there is no "show us your..." thread in our Vintage Forum, so I guessed it would make sense to start our own.

I am more than sure that there are members here with vintage collections that would wake up dead people from their graves.

So... now is the time to show us your unique, HEAVY WALLET, non-stop drooling vintage collection!!!

Let the drooling begin!!!!!
: drool::d rool:

I'll start with my small and humble collection, which consists of:
1985 Kyosho Optima
1986 Kyosho Javelin
1988 Kyosho Turbo Optima Mid SE
1989 Kyosho Turbo Optima Mid Special
1990 Team Associated RC10 Championship Edition

Next in line are the Kyosho Turbo Optima and the Tamiya Avante. I just started collecting them about 6 months ago, so I have a lot to get up to!!!

WE WANT PICTURES!!!!
NO PICTURES... NO BRAGGING RIGHTS!!!!!!!

Can a moderator make this a sticky?!
This is the guts of what we do. (My pics coming as soon as a few cars are finished)

The (only) vintage stuff I still own at the moment:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Tamiya Dyna Storm (Re-Release) with some customizing on it:

http://tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=109751

-------------------------------------------------------------
The vintage stuff I have owned (but sold):
-------------------------------------------------------------
Renault Alpine A110 (Tamiya M-02):

http://tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=80816

-------------------------------------------------------------
Tamiya Super Astute:
-------------------------------------------------------------

http://tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=116025

-------------------------------------------------------------
Kyosho Maxxum FF:
-------------------------------------------------------------

http://tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=107775
-------------------------------------------------------------

I currently still own a Scorcher chassis (currently still in bits) and another Dyna Storm which I run at vintage races. I have owned many more vintage vehicles (some of them are in my TamiyaClub showroom (link), many of them are not), but my vintage collecting is over for now. I don't run them due to either rarity or lack of electronics/money and time... so they're better off at the homes where they've gone to, and I had fun restoring and owning them

My own version of the RC10 Timeline, they'll never be mint, like some of the others on here, but I'm happy

Yes, some of them still need cleaning up and proper assembly!

I'm a long way behind many especially Terry but still have too many to post shots of each one, so I'll pick out what I consider to be my best models and if you like you can follow the link in my Sig to my TC show room for the rest.

I consider these three the best of my collection

RC10 CE New Built

Ultima Pro Restored

RC10 Stealth Graphite

....and these are the best of the rest.

Lethal Weapon Equipped, Andys Armed and Strates Chassied RC10 Restored

Tekin RC10 Restored

MIP Transmissioned A&L Trailing Arm RC10 Restored

TQ10 Restored

Pro Cat New Built

Traxxas Eagle New Built

Tamiya101 Reference Clod Buster Restored

Losi Pre XX Collection

My favourite of those being this restored JRXT

I am starting to think that starting this thread was a bad idea.... This is just going to make things worst for my wallet and my wife is going to leave me!!!
I am like a woman in a shoe department store: "I want em' all!!!"
