spektrum module repairs?

Does anyone know if you can get a spektrum module repaired as i stupidly crossed the polarity when fitting a new battery in my ko helios? And does anyone know what it might cost?

i think i spoke to a gentleman called Lander (surname ) in service dept yonks ago i think these modules are now out of production so i dont know what luck you would have
