Default For all you GT12 racers

Good morning

Just a quick question for you, even though I expect that the answers may not be.

I'm thinking of investing in one of the new Mardave 1/12 GT cars and was wondering what electrics to go for without spending stupid amounts of money.
My plan is to go for a brushless setup, so I guess I am mostly concerned with the esc.
I know I can get the Core RC combo for around £90, but is that going to be adequate and competitive enough.

Assistance, tips and advice are all welcome

Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Lightbulb What electrics?

Core RC are good value for the money and run from 1S battery without booster. Good car setup and driving without errors go a long way to good results.

Just make sure whatever ESC you buy will support 1S - Majority of racers use BRCA spec e.g. 13,5 motor,1S Lipo

So the core rc combo is a good deal then
i just want a car that is going to be on a par with everyone else in terms of speed.
