stagger ribs tyre fitting

what do i need to do to fit schuey stagger ribs to mad rat wheels ?
on carpet do i need to fit inner foams to them ?

You dont need inserts for stagger ribs (I dont have any in mine) and dont try and stretch them to fit the full width of the front wheels
I'll take a pic if you need one of mine fitted
