Default arrive and drive tracks with timing

Im fairly new to buggies, Im racing local stuff at every opportunity I can, but tend to use the 4 rounds of Q to learn the track and then also try and mess with the car, not 100% sure if the cars inproving or Im improving LOL

what I was wondering is if theres any tracks indoor or out, that you can rock up and spend the day there, with timing etc

so I can actually learn about the car, make changes and get the chance to see what that change affects and if it works for me
