Remove front drive shafts and diff, drives very well looking at it, a few people at my local club run one.

I had a pin from my front centre drive shaft escape in one of the finals at the oOple race at Stotfold leaving the car 2wd, to be honest I didn't really notice it had gone till afterwards when checking something else

As sam said , the xray runs faultlesly in 2wd ( as good as in 4wd ) very stable , jumps nice and very easy to drive , with just a few minor tweaks to a 4wd setup !!

are you mount rear shock on rear arm?
if yes swap rear arm (to mount left on right and right on left)?

Use yellow cut staggers on a slim wheel . Also goto 4deg rear toe , that will help for rear traction . 1k diff oil , try adding some weight under the lipo .hth . I've been running mine as 2wd with no problems
