novak mongoose three micro pro...

hey there.
just bought a shark and it came with a spare set up (the novak mongoose three micro pro brushless system) it came to me already broken and just been trying to see if i can sort it out (worth a try ), so far i have got it running but now and again when i throtle it the green light comes on but doesnt move forward, then the blue and the green lights flash. then when i press reverse the green light flashes then the motor goes in reverse and works fine.
it has been set up to the basic set up

so does anyone have any info on what is causing this or how i could fix it?

its not a big deal seeing as it only came as a spare, but abit of help would be great thanks
