Entries are invited for a two day Grand Prix style 12th scale meeting on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2009.

Venue :- Sharley Park Leisure Centre, Market Street, Clay Cross, Derbyshire S45 9LX

Entry Fee £15.00. Payment will be taken on the day.

There will be two separate classes for stock (10.5 turn brushless or 19 turn brushed) and modified.

Saturday 19th September

Doors open 12:00 noon.
Two rounds of controlled practice from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
Two rounds of qualifying from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Sunday 20th September

Doors open 8:00am.
Four rounds of qualifying from 9:00am onwards, followed by two legs of finals.

Mains power will be available for charging and also a limited number of tables. Please bring a table if you have one.

Event Rules

We will be running to our club 12th scale rules as below:
"Cars will run to the current BRCA rules. The body shell rule can be disregarded."

This means you can use your Speed 8, new Black Art Audi R8R or similar shells as well as Zytek or Reynard.

There are two separate classes, stock and modified. For stock you can run any BRCA legal 10.5 turn brushless or 19 turn brushed motor, for modified any BRCA legal modified motor.

All cars must also run with a rollover mast. The mast end must be at least 150mm from the ground and be capped with a safe blunt end.

Might have to enter the GP, just depends on he dates for worksop.
