Some new bits on the way?
A few new bits, finally got the chance to post em up.
Here are a couple of bits seen last weekend in the hands of a couple of Hot Bodies drivers at Batley indoors. The diff(s) on this car are lightweight alloy and use sliders on the dogbone pins. Here are a few from the Worlds in Japan a couple of months back - I thought some of this stuff was 'old hat' at the time so didn't post it, but it seems still some people aren't using these parts / know about them. 1 peice shock cartridges: Front suspension arms - more bracing: New wide front bumper - protects the alloy brace better: Sorry if some of this stuff is old - I didn't know about it, honest. |

Jimmy.
Your spying abilities are slacking. I've been running these since Batley Regional (Outdoor). The diffs: These will be released under the Edit brand in about a month or so. They reduce the rotating mass by a half. People will need to by the sliders seperate (Which are from the HB TC) and do a little modding to them which takes about 30 secs. Price £9.99 There is also a lightweight slipper set (which you missed). The total reduction in rotating mass is 46g, (If you run 2 diffs). The difference is very noticeable in both run time, voltage retention and throttle response. The Carbon plates are HB option parts soon to be out along with the stuff you saw at the worlds. These have transformed the rear end of the car.

The parts aren't out yet
I got a photo of the new lightweight slipper stuff last week at worksop - but I heard there's a new design slipper in the works also which allows finer adjustment and is externally adjustable for quick adjustments. |

Found this on HB Buggy Blog it is the new B44 style slipper set-up, Adam or Jimmy might be able to elaborate on it. I'm pretty sure it can be adjusted without removing it from the car.

Yep pretty sure that is the idea. The lightweight diff parts are REDICULOUSLY light compared to the original items.
The slipper on that picture only has one bearing on?! |
