MR4TC cenre gear and spur

Hi I'm after a centre gear and spur for a MR4TC standard-custom. Not the worlds or special unless that fits just as well? I don't know having not run the car. I'm trying to fix it for a friends son. So on a tight budget, any help greatly appreciated.
