Work Party
In Preparation for our upcoming North East regional event, the club is having a work party on Saturday 2nd July. We would really like to get the site & track looking as good as possible so racers from around the region can come and enjoy the day. It would be great to think that people went away from the event and spread the word about our great facility.
The club has recently invested in a large generator so power on the day will be no issue. We also have industrial power washer and vacuums which should allow us to lift silt from the winter floods and restore some grip to our track!!
We will also have access to a skip so we can tidy away some of the scrap astro which makes the place untidy. In addition we also need to dispose of the gym mats we used to use at Whitcliffe. These are sited nearby so any help to get these to Spenborough and into the skip would be appreciated.
The club needs as much help as possible so would appreciate if members could attend and contribute in some way. There are lots of jobs big and small so there will be something suited to everyone regardless of age or ability.
