Default Lots of Vega questions...

Thinking of getting one of these for my B4....can anyone help with these questions?

What is the wheelbase of the current B4 conversion?...and is this shorter than the Centro?

Will there be B4 V2 longer version and is the length of the chassis the only difference with V2's?

Has anyone compared the rear mount positions with the Centro (both shocks and upper links)?

Why does the B4 Vega appear more aggressive to drive than the Centro's?

What other mods does the V2 Tamiya version have vs. V1?

Has anyone bent one at the front?

Thanks!

Right here goes!

The Vega is the same wheelbase as a STD B4, not sure about Centro length

It will take most speedo and rx's just fine, I use a Speedpassion Lpf and full size spektrum rx so a lrp will fit. It maybe a bit tight with a full size servo though.

There could be plans for a longer version like the Rb5 long chassis but I reckon you could just get the chassis plate but let Xtreme confirm this.

The cars very strong, iv haven't heard of any bent chassis.

Gearbox is a work of art

The car drives superbly with this conversion!

The Tamiya version is being tested by Lee/Xtreme and I'm sure there will be some changes, main points so far is wheelbase and optional cell position. See pics in Area 51 report of Lee's prototype car

Hope this helps!
