Default Top Force / TA-01 Addictions

Hello my name's big albi and I'm addicted to RC!

I started off buying a used Manta Ray with a view to turning it into a sort of Top Force replica. But then an actual Top Force came up on ebay. Then I saw a TA-01 Touring chassis and had to have it.

Is this officially an addiction yet or do I have to keep buying. How many times do you have to buy the same chassis (or flavour of) before you call it a problem.

It started like this: -

I have also bought FiberLyte CF Chassis, top deck, front and rear shocks towers, diff rebuild kits, turnbuckles and god knows what else:-

Wife's not going to be happy

Hey Dadio, thanks for the moral support.

Maybe there there should be a sticky in the vintage forum called RC Anonymous. You could get your Yokomo problems out in the open too. We'll all meet once a week on Oople and have 'emotional sponsor' each. Lmao

We've all got an addiction but that's not the problem, The problem lies where there's just not enough parts!!!! I've just got literally a carrier bag full of parts from Japan and I need more

These are only my very recent issues. In the last 12 months there's been an RC10 gold tub (original), Tamiya Fox (original), Tamiya Terra Scorcher, cobra Dex4210, Schumachers KF2 and K2.

Oh, and I may accidentally have a Tamiya SRB on the way too.

It's getting out of control....

Coming here for addiction therapy is a bit like having attending an AA meeting in Bargain Booze.

Anyway... you have to get one built & ready for the iconic off road meet in July. I'm aiming to have my super astute ready by then!

I'm the same with Avante/Egress chassis.

Not sure how many have gone through my hands. Probably about a dozen or so

Sell me a set of hi-caps then 😊

I'm pretty sure they're mini on the front and medium on the rear?
