Default Diagonal straights

They rock! Loved the track last night, think its the only time i've been able to keep the Shamcar in a straight line

Please can we have them more often mr Track-Designer?

On another note, I managed to sort out the "pepper mill" sound that the Shamcar has been making - it turned out to be an idler gear. It wasn't worn or cracked or anything, but the simple act of replacing it made it much quieter for the final

I actually quite enjoyed last nights track to

I have to say well done to Zak Rich for qualifying in the A final last night. Excellent result for a young driver.

Think last nights track would work quite well for the GT race

Zak has gotten insanely fast! I remember the days when I could overtake him with the Traxxas, them days are over! He out drove me during the first two qualifying rounds and I now have the Losi! He has some serious pace now.

Not that I want to cause any trouble, but I think we should start a campaign to pressure Zak's dad to buy him a mid-motor buggy...

Personally not a fan of the crossfire but you've got to drive what's laid out. Well done to young Zak and great to see Mr Jaques racing back at the sharp end now he's racing with proper equipment .

I quite like the crossfire... Took me till the final to get used to it but the long straight is neat.

Ever thought of doing a poll here on Oople to choose a track layout? I'm not suggesting that it gets done every time (extra work), but once in a while it might be neat...

Yeah set-up was good Bit hooky on left handers though. Was nice to have a car with some speed this week. Well useable speed anyways.

Diagonal Straights - wasn't that a popular rock band from the early 80s?

I'm not fussed where the straights are, so long as there are some.

Don't give people ideas... before you know it we'll be racing round a roundabout!
