A couple of months ago I built a little track for myself as I was getting a bit bored with going round and round and round my garden so if anyone local fancies coming and even just having a quick whizz around, PM me and we can sort something out

Haven't got any photos of it but a video of the layout at least is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYg_YQhGfLo , the jump is built a bit better too so my car actually makes it over it now

Edit: Track is in North West Kent, Meopham to be precise!

Looked it up on Google maps, your not far from me, there is loads of racers around here, ever think of coming along to EPR or FORCC to have a look or even have a go??? We may be able to get a few of us together to come along and have a go at your track???

I did have a look at those clubs but I tend to be busy pretty much all week, sometimes with only an afternoon or 2 off and it seems like the clubs all have their race seasons, which I then would only be able to get to maybe one or two races a season.

one or two races is better than none! Practicing on your own track is cool, but no substitute for a bit of wheel to wheel action and the banter with the other drivers!

Have a look on the EPR website and check the dates for the winter series. Really friendly crowd down there and some really good drivers too.

Is it not a closed season type thing then? I always thought the idea was that you had the same 10 or however many cars racing all the way through the season

I definitely know what you mean with this so I might see if I can get to the 7th November if its an open thing
