The ones on A main hobbies arnt the standard big bore springs they are the low frequency set brought out to get softer springs if i remember correctly

it depends what kind of car u are running really...
it depends what kind of car u are running really 2wd 7.5 or 8.5 or 4wd 5.5 or 6.5 is the usual that people choose but it depends on what u feel comfy with hope this helps

its not a massive difference in weight to the plastic one not that you will notice anyway so there shouldnt be any need to move the shocks to the rear apart from if you get to a really bumpy track...
