we run these at forcc there are 2 ways to run...

we run these at forcc there are 2 ways to run them either full stretched over full rim no cutting of tyre or rim.
more traction
or cut inner rib from rim and put tyre over smaller wheel no cutting...

Two people are saying two different things one saying 100% is max limited (ltd meaning lowest) and one is saying 50% is max ltd which one is it lol.
