I found that my xb2 was awful on darts changed to mini spikes transformed it.
I found darts better on my kf but defiantly not on the xb2 on indoor astro.:thumbsup:

Have the current 10.5 motors got faster in the last few years as I am running a 10.5 Tekin probably 4 years old but as new and all the newer motors seem to have so much more speed and acceleration !...

Strange the way these cars react to different tracks etc as we found the KF could run longest on tyres ( yellow minispikes) as the TM2 was very quick on new rubber but got slower after only 2 heats...

Try the car with yellow mini spikes on the rear and cut staggers on the front and see if that eliminates the problem. If so then work on foam additives etc.
I now run 2 KFs and find them...
