I found the J-Concept Rulux front wheels are more loose than Schumacher wheels too. Also change bearings more often will help too.

Looks like you run the wires through the mid belt. Should try to run them under instead also was the mid belt tension right, may want to take out some shims so the bearing can push down the belt...

Depend what gear ratio you looking for. SV, SX, Durango all fit. For Durango 101 spur gear will need to shim the whole drive tran 1mm (4 screws) to make the clearance.
