you can laser cut aluminum ;) Our local laser shop has a 4000w laser that'll do 3/8" aluminum, and cheaper then water jet.

I never heard Kingstar owned the molds before. Its bad news if they do (kinda odd though for something like this) but a lot of the Arrma 1/8 cars share molds with the durango 1/8 line, so I'm sure...

Aluminum dogbones with the steel outdrives seems fine, many run this as the v1 outdrives were junk. Trying like 500k oil in the front diff might help and try other stuff to get the on power steering,...

I've heard the rdrc ones after handling due to there weight and rigidity. I would be buying the new v2 towers, the rear is much beefier, otherwise get the exotek 5mm carbon one

I think you don't understand the front pivot inserts, they are not for toe like the rear, but pivot width/arm sweep. You use the turnbuckles to set toe on the front

it's almost always cheaper to buy then to build....

the plastic and unmarked aluminum are 17*, the 19 and 21's are marked. That is the total castor angle. anything less then the 17's would be insane to try driving
