sc wheels sizes

how come on sc trucks there wheel is large diameter on outside to smaller on inside?
is this to make the truck handling true to scale lean in more etc?

hi there,

just comparing ansmann 2wd sc trucks and it appears the core truck is 60mm longer than sc2 truck,how is this possible because found both chassis parts and they seem the same on both

the rb5 runs hexes all round so would these hexes accept touring car wheels or are they too small?
also would a rear mounted motor is allowed in the rules?is this making the car ...
