I didn't say the gearbox has to come out. I'm not knocking it, the car maintenance wise is definitely going to be more time consuming compared to the B-Max2.

If it's faster then I'm not arsed.

I use ceramic balls and find they last for ages at least half a season then flip the plates. I don't like the way a 2wd drives with a gear diff I think it makes them too twitchy.

Looking at the exploded view of the chassis and side pods it looks like you can run saddle packs down the centre of the chassis as well as across. But going off the photos it wouldn't be possible...

I race on carpet and this would be ideal as the KFs piss on the bmax2. In high grip the bmax2 lacks front end on power because it goes light even with the brass bulkhead and then oversteer off power....
