My first trip up to Cobra, great days racing...
Very glad I got out of bed with a thumping hangover headache...I almost didn't bother...and having made the decision to go...can I say a thankyou to the RAC man (whoever you are) who was with me in less than 15 mins to pump up the flat spare tyre that I'd changed after getting a puncture on the M5.
Meant I still got there in plenty of time for the first round
Note to self...and anyone else who maybe hasn't looked recently...keep the spare wheel checked for tyre pressure!!! Changing wheels on the hardshoulder with a hangover...to discover the spare you've just put on is flat =
