We have been approached by the Keighley Model car club, to see if Batley Buggy Club would like to enter a team in their Endurance event.

Keighley Model Car Club is proud to announce their first outdoor endurance race!
We will be holding a 6 hour endurance event on Saturday 5th June and are looking for teams of 6 people to enter. Each team should have three 2wd cars and three 4wd cars.
Dont worry if you are unable to put a full team together, PM me your details and I will try to put one together for you.
Each team will have one handout transponder, which will be changed from one car to the next during a pit stop (Le Mans style!!). One person from each team will act as a 'Pit Man'.
Each team member will race their own car in 10 min slots before handing over to the next team member. This will give each team member a total of one hours' track time.
We hope to start the endurance race at 11am, with open practice starting at 10am.
To make the day a little more relaxed, we have the facility to allow people to camp over on the Saturday night (there maybe a small charge of just £1 for camping depending on numbers). This will enable people to have a few beers and a bbq thoughout the day - fingers crossed its sunny!
Entry fee for this 'once in a lifetime' event (!!) is £6 per person.
