Oswestry BRCA National 2008 without pred?

I was just reading the article about the Oswestry BRCA National 2008. It stroke me that I could not find any Pred in the 4WD-listing.
I thought there were more Pred-drivers in the UK.
How comes? Is it pure coincidence .. or is the Oswestry-track not suited for the pred...?

Yeah, they both are. Dave's car has lots of "home made" mods though which may make it look different
