Just a quick question, where do you put your transponder?
Ive never had any issues with the current one, but I havent tried the new one yet.

Their should be enough room in the receiver part of the radio tray to fit your transponder. If not the battery compartment at the back is a lot larger than the previous one. Thats why I changed to this tray as it gives more room for a lipo.

Just quick question, what lipo's are people putting in these new trays? I've never really liked the idea of having a regulator so I dont want to get the losi lipo, I've been thinking of a 6.6v life so no need of a regulator, would like more of a choice on what to go for tho.

That fair enough.
I used to use the standard losi lipo with the Savox's which are lipo ready. But I've gone back to NiMhs anyway
