Default new cells

hi all ive never had new cells so ive treated my self to 4 new packs what do i do to them do i just charge and use or do i need to cycle them first if so what do i do to cycle them

what sort of cells are they ???

If they are IB4200 i just build them charge as per normal then discharge them when they have cooled down Recharge and Run them in my Car / Buggy I have never had any problems ......

If they are IB4200's I've always just built the packs and used them straight away, so yes, just charge and use them.
Not a lot of point cycling cells these days, just make sure your care and maintenance of them is OK. Store them with about 5-10 minutes of charge in them, as they do have a tendancy to self-discharge, then tray them to equalise the cells before charging and using them.
