Does anyone have any ideas how to make some 1/10 buggy pulley fences?

try looking up orbital fastnings, or similar. They stock all sorts of plastic/nylon washers you can adapt. (look up 3mm button head screws see how much we get ripped off!)

I gave Fibre-Lyte the drawings and they cut them out (as part of a larger order)
