Hi Guys,

Anyone aware of a replacement due out for the B44.2 ?

Also will there be an official gear diff from AE for this model ?

I doubt it would come with a gear diff but the b44 design is due for a refresh as its like 10 year old or something.
I reckon next spring would be when you will see anything new (if at all).

The B44 is at that point of replacing something for the sake of replacing. It's still winning a lot of big races so why change it.

The original B44 was 2007 I believe so not quite 10 years old

lets face it, the cars that are winning the big races are no longer a b44.2 they are way more developed than that. look at cavs mayfields craggys car etc they are rather different
gear diffs alloy chassis with different weight bias. different slipper if you look closely at the pics they are running the b44.2 front end with the rear of the 44.1 i.e. look at the slipper back smaller gap between the motor and layshaft mount also they are using the 44.1 battery holders etc.

I'm sure they will use these protos to create a new car prob metric as most of their range has gone that way. ( these are just my personal thoughts though and are no way facts)
