Default Buggy Tyres for tarmac

What tyres are good for tarmac with a buggy. Dont wnt to use my mini spikes and cut square as I dont think they would last two minutes.

Not tried the 6790s but the soft silver compound U6720 venoms are great, on my DEX210 I use these on the rear and Schumacher RT1s on the front in B30 (soft) compound:

TBH the RT1 fronts are so wide you could also use this combination on a 4WD buggy. Great for bedding in ball diffs, means you don't have to do it at the track.

I'm currently using the u6790 whites on carpet, stupid amount of grip on the straight can be a bit lively in the corners. Good fun though.
