Question b-max slipper clutch

Im just building the b-max but am unsure how to st-up the slipper clutch.

If i do up the screw all the way it is extreemly tight and then difficult to adjust the slipper nut as per instructions, should the screw be done all the way or should be loosened off to make the nut easier to adjust?

Any advice would be appriciated.

I did mine up fully it is tight but once it is in the car it is very easy to use, is it the nut or screw you are talking about. You need to tighten the screw up fully or the bearing wont sit right, the nut needs to be tightened fully then adjusted in the car thats how I did it anyway.

thanks for the advice ill do the screw right up then adjust the nut once installed on the car.

I also found the mesh on the diffs quite tight so i changed the shims to free it up, but i now read on this forum its better to have them tight and run the motor for a while and they will loosen up could you advice whats best im quiet new to this and dont want to mess up.
