501X cross DB-01 parts

Can I use the front one way, slipper, rear pulley, belts etc from 501X to Durga chassis? Please kindly advise. Thanks.

No, you can't
You can use some parts here and there, like pulleys and slipper pads etc.. You can use the 501X Worlds belts but not the original 501X belts.

Hi Jimmy,is the World's belt longer or shorter? I have the original 501X and thought of buying a Durga chassis and put parts over just for my local TAC...501X is not accepted in TAC buggy class, i wonder why?????

The Worlds belts are longer yeah, the pulleys and belts on the Durga are the same as on the 501X Worlds car. The CVD's and shocks etc will go straight on, and the differentials are better. but the one way sadly wont fit.

Jimmy, can you briefly list me what should I get then besides the chassis? I do not use to buy the Durga kit and use only the chassis and belt cover. Moreover, i'll have to hop it up with DB01 front one way etc... Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sorry I think I've lost you somewhere - Now sure what you're asking here?

You're wanting to race the Durga right in the Tamiya race? and you already have a 501X?
The Durga is really nice from the box, but there are some parts that you can upgrade, and also parts you can use from the 501X - but not too many.
