Nosram warranty info

I have a Nosram Pearl ISTC that needs to go back for repair, complete with the Nosram lifetime warranty card. Never done this before - how does it work? E.G. What's a realistic turn round time? What costs involved. Thanks for any info.

Are you sure it has a lifetime warranty card? I thought they stopped doing those when the Pearl series was released and went to having a limited warranty.
