Default Ebay problems

I have used E bay for the last few years as a buyer and seller. I have always been honest and every now and again had my fingers burnt

I had/ have issues with a buyer, having sold a mobile phone. The phone was boxed, complete and in full working order. After 6 weeks i received an ebay msg requesting a refund as the phone was not working. Furthermore were after money for batteries and charger units.
I responded with appropriate questions, the buyer choosing to ignore them. He then esclated to resolution centre. Money frozen from paypal, i fact from my bank as i had transferred monies out

Resolution centre ruled in my favour and money went back in. However, a few weeks after all this the buyer left some damming feedback. This has effected my 100%, dropping to 96.4%, with some 200 transactions.

I cannot email e bay as i have to list the item number, which gets rejected and the email will not send.

Anyone successfully had feedback withdrawn and advise best way of doing it?

Thanks all

i had to call them up and speak to a person to get it sorted.

They are pretty good on the phone and should be able to help you out.

I had to phone them up once. It cost a fortune, 62ppm over £12 wasted. They ask you to spell everthing out, repeat it and she even asked me to hold while she asked her supervisor. If you think its worth it then phone them up.
Or follow this

click on the I recieved negative feedback and follow their advise.

found both ebay and paypal to be very unhelpfull when things don't work out, just ask a few people how easy it is to get your paypal account frozen so you can't get your money to your own bank account. you can send, buy or sell with paypal, but not withdraw to your own account...thus makes intrest in there own accounts, nice

There are numerous telephone numbers for eBay, one of which is a freephone number (from a landline); 08003586551
