Just to let you all know, the HINCKLEY RADIO CONTROL CAR CLUB are pleased to Announce their :

HINCKLEY GRASS MASTERS 2 DAY Special Event!!



This Meeting will be held over the August Bank Holiday Weekend(Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th) & will be alongside the Annual SAUSAGE & CIDER FESTIVAL, Located right next to our Fantastic Grass Track facility, at the Hinckley Rugby Club, Leicester Road, Hinckley, LE10 3DR.

2WD Buggy
4WD Buggy
Stadium Truck
Short Course Truck





RACE ENTRY
£10 For 1 Day.
£15 For Both Days.

Wrist Bands for Entry into the SAUSAGE & CIDER FESTIVAL will be Included in the Entry Fee & will cover Entry into the Festival for Both days.
Entry into our Track/Pitting Area will be slightly different to our usual Club Meetings, as you will need to Enter Via the Cricket Club Entrance.

CAMPING
This will be Available, but Please Contact Mark Stevens for more Information.

SAUSAGE & CIDER FESTIVAL
This will cover a large Selection of Beers/Ciders, a wide Variation of Sausages/other Foods, Live Music & other Entertainment for all the Family

Just a Reminder that Hinckley Clubs 'GRASS MASTERS' 2 Day Event is this Weekend - SATURDAY 29TH & SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST



ARRIVAL
Gates Open for us around 8.45-9.00am

ENTRANCE
After you've gone through the Main Entrance of the Hinckley Rugby Club, you take a sharp right & Drive right round the outer edge of the Cricket Pitch. Parking will be in the far righthand corner near the Trees, where you'll see an Opening in the metal fence, taking you to where our Race Track & Pitting Area is.
Tickets/Wrist Bands will be Required for Entry to our Race Event & the Sausage & Cider Festival, but you will be able to Collect these from Mark Stevens, as you Arrive.

MEETING SCHEDULE FOR EACH DAY
BOOKING IN : From 9.15am
OPEN PRACTICE : Around 9.30am
FIRST HEAT ON THE LINE : Around 10.15am

RACE FORMAT
4 Qualifying Rounds, with your Best 2 to Count, Followed by Finals.

SAUSAGE & CIDER FESTIVAL
This Starts at 12.00 Noon & goes on til 11.00pm on Saturday & 9.00pm on Sunday.
Theres all kinds of Food & Drink, but the Speciallity is Gourmet Sausages, Beers & Ciders.
For Kids, there'll be Face Painting & Bouncing Castle to keep them Entertained.
There will also be Live Music & various Bands playing during the Afternoon & Evenings!
