Default b44 mods

evening all, after having a talk at my local club about the b44 i decided to mod it using thicker top deck/back deck, also what do i need to convert my rear suspension from front of wishbone to the back? also where to go to get the brass battery straps and lipo holder as im using the carbon fibre one, cant seem to find these parts im after any help appreciated cheers

As belsten said, rude bits for your brass tray and straps

Converting the shocks to the back involves turning the rear tower mount round to pull the shock tower/shocks back inline. Then you need to drill new holes in the rear of the wishbones. Next up you need to find a body post/mount and drill a hole to attach it on the top deck. People were using another rear tower mount for the wing mount support on the bottom.

I know this is an old thread, but what was the logic behind mounting the shocks onto the rear of the wishbone?

what were the pro's/con's versus kit?

I think the theory as I understood it from seeing the CAT SX mods was to add a bit more flex which would improve the handling over the bumpies

Why would you the b44 and b44.1 wins nearly all it enters with the correct driver why would you mod a perfect car ??????? Weird ?????
