Default Speed Passion ESC timing settings etc.

How much punch and timing do people generally run on the Speed Passion LPF / GT ESCs?

7 punch and 8 timing. haven't touched mine for months and I use 5.5, 6.5 and 7.5 motors which I think work well lol

Slipper tends to no un-noticed outdoors, but on carpet it can be heard off the line and sometimes out of hairpins

Any opinions on the motor timing on the motor end (Speed Passion V3) and not the ESC?
