Modelsport poor service

Has anyone else had any dealings with modelsport ? I ordered some hudy stuff from them late in december and paid through paypal. There were 5 items in total I was given a 7-10 day wait time due to some items being out of stock, But I am still waiting for 3 of them they have already debited my account and they cant tell me when I will get the outstanding items

Got to be honest, never had anything but brilliant service from Modelsport, they appear to have been let down by their supplier, give them a call and i am sure they will refund for the items and cancel the order.

I have emailed them a couple of times sent them another one today will ring them tomorrow for a refund if Im not happy with the reply.

I will defend Modelsport on this one, when I used to work in the shops Hudy parts always were a pain in the bum, wether it was Mirage or RC Disco supplying them.

I tend to go through more specialist shops now, but when I used Modelsport in the past they were always very good, with prompt delivery..

not my perfered shop but no probs here.. probally out of stock that the distrubutors
