everything is on the same settings it has been, the only reverse is the servo, which works fine. the diff has currently been apart to fit new bearings but worked fine right after .

You might have to reset your settings and setup the system again. Had to do the very same thing on my B4, and all i did was take motor and esc straight from SC10 and install in B4. Did nothing else but unplug and plug back in once in new car.

I've tried doing the reset but didn't seem to work, I'll try it again when I get home though.

To clarify, unplug the car. Turn on the radio, full throttle then full brake, re plug the car and try to see if it works ?

I've come into this debate rather late but can I offer this: the Mad Rat speed controllers is a funny little thing. Each and every time you connect the battery you have to set the end points (full forward and full reverse). You have to pull the trigger on the transmitter all the way back (to set forward) and then push it all the way forward (to set reverse). Once you've done that, it's all systems go.

Ok what radio you using mate? Another thing worth doing is spraying the motor out with a electrical solvent cleaner or break cleaner
