Building new Mi4cx.

Hi. I am just about to get in to racing. I am fairly new to this (not a newbie just modest). I have a mi4cx chassis and was wondering what electronics to include to compete in 13.5t class? I have about £200-250 to spend on esc, motor, servo. There are too many options to chose from!( good options..., I wish I could chuck more than one motor in there) And it seams like the more people you ask the more opinion you get. I am trying to narrow down my choices.. I do have an idea what to get but want to hear more people. Planning to run indoors as well as outdoors. Don't ask about my set up yet as it is all in the process and will be rigorously tried and tested... Thank you in advance!!! Ps.
