Cool, ok will do, but this will work well as after ive tested in my zx im putting in my zxs to test as well and the b4 spurs will fit perfectly.

1.Place bearing on the shaft
2.Insert into gearbox
3.Insert pulley from inner end into spline slots
4. Insert the thrust bearings
5. Secure the circlip

14. the first slipper plate slides in

16. the outer plate slide in
17. the slipper spring and the standard M3 nut- VOILA !

18. the 8x9mm shims for your 8x14mm bearings

i am glad to report that the assembly went well and the belt drive felt as smooth as the original kyosho layshaft. So its a safe bet that this layshaft is a success. Its ready to be shipped to welshy40 for real race testing. Welshy40 send me your address !!

Ace, Great that its spot on.

Its now Oosh123 and his layshaft which is going to be a bit different but just as enticing as well. Im going to have to have two cars, one with all of his designs on and the other with Alcyon's layshaft.

lol i am already at the office now and the layshaft has been dissambled, and i got to send it to welshy40 in a few hours time,so i cant take the pics.
