I haven't tried his rear tower mount, but can see why he has done that, interesting and as always with Alcyon a well thought out design.

I will order one and test it. On a different topic. I found out that the C-Hubs and steering knuckles from the Xray T4 are a direct fit for the Lazer ZX. They are available in medium, strong plastic, and aluminium and the C-Hubs are 0, 2, 4, and 6 degrees. The knuckles have Ackerman adjustment and the C-hubs also have a grub screw to lock the outer hinge pin. Pictures are below. Pretty cool! Last edited by Ubiquitous; 30-07-2019 at 11:41 AM. |

I replaced the stock ZX C-Hubs (0 caster angle) with these so it must only be appropriate for the shorter version. I guess you are using the longer ujs... |

servo position
Hi All,
Just wanted to share this as it makes the steering adjustment a lot easier. All you need is a low profile servo and LA361 or the expensive 39655 equivalent. With this I have a lot more space for the servo saver and I can also use the inner hole on the steering assembly without having the link hit the belt cover. Cheers, Ubi Last edited by Ubiquitous; 01-09-2019 at 07:34 PM. |

I never liked that version, prefer the one with the motor holes on so unfortunately don't have one. Sorry.
